We begin by understanding the business as it operates today. This may include conversations with owners and key stakeholders, observation of day-to-day operations, employee perspectives, the customer journey, current marketing presence, key financial information, and relevant systems, processes, and documentation.

Business Assessment

The information gathered is assessed to identify strengths, challenges, underlying causes, risks, opportunities, and emerging patterns. We look at how different areas of the business connect - not simply at individual issues in isolation. 

Prioritization & Recommendations

Not every opportunity needs to be addressed at once. Recommendations are prioritized based on their expected impact as well as the effort, investment, resources, and capacity required to put them into practice.

Presentation & Action Planning
